What is the advantage of leasing versus outsourcing?

The main advantage of leasing an employee versus outsourcing is, the long term benefit you get. Let me explain. First, with each day passed, your employee will know something more about your company and be able to satisfy your expectations. Compare this to outsourcing a different person for every project. You need to teach them separately about everything they need to know to get the job done.

What is exactly Full Time Hiring?

With full time hiring, you hire your extended employee who can be managed directly by you or our project manager. Here are more details:

  • Each assigned individual works for you for 22 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 176 hours of production.
  • You communicate with your employee via email, instant messenger and phone.
  • The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month.
  • Your bill is reduced proportionately if the number of work days is less than 22 during any given month i.e. if a developer works only for 11 days then you have to pay only half the fees.

What is exactly Part Time Hiring?

This is the same model as full time hiring. The only difference is that the individual works half of the time as the full time worker. Here are more details:

  • Each assigned individual works for you for 11 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 88 hours of production.
  • You communicate with your employee via email, instant messenger and phone.
  • The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month.
  • Your bill is reduced proportionately if the number of work days is less than 22 during any given month i.e. if a developer works only for 11 days then you have to pay only half the fees.
